We are currently running one Day shift with approximately 16 people/employees.

We are currently operating at 50% capacity. Sales for the past three consecutive years have increased.

We currently run three Amada turret presses with Thin style tooling and with 33 tons punching capacity.

We can currently punch .020 copper up to .250 mild steel with part size as small as .250 diameter up to 40" x 144" or longer. Our high-definition Laser can cut up to .500 inch thick steel, up to .250 stainless steel and up to .125 aluminum.

We have a large assortment of special shapes, louvers and card guides. Half shears and punched embossed countersinks. Metal part marking is available for part identification as well as formed shapes and snap lock tabs.

Our Engineering Department currently uses Solid Works 2007 for design and print development and importing other files. Our machines are driven by Metalsoft. We can accommodate the following files. Iges, DXF, DWG, Jpeg, sldprt, as well as several others. All documents are considered proprietary and treated in such a manner.

We have great O/S resources to allow us to be a one stop shop for all your product needs. From plating and chemical finishing, wet and powder paints, screening and laser engraving, rubber gasket cutouts, sand blasting and machining. Over the years we have developed great relationships with several local shops.
